This plate is part of Bread, Rice, and…, a tableware project developed in collaboration with Mio Hishinuma, registered dietitian and food specialist.

Created through visits to kilns in the Mino region, the collection reflects Mio’s approach to everyday dining—where thoughtful forms support how food is cooked, served, and enjoyed. Each piece is designed to bring quiet structure to the table, allowing food to take centre stage.
