About JDV

JDV takes its name from joie de vivre, not as a declaration of joy, but as a quieter way of living with it. Found in the slower rituals of daily life, in objects used with care, and in moments that ask for less.

JDV began as an online destination for thoughtfully curated objects, first through ceramics, and gradually through scent, glassware, pantry goods and pieces for everyday living.

Over time, we found ourselves increasingly drawn not only to the objects themselves, but to the quieter rituals surrounding them: morning coffee poured into a familiar cup, incense lit at the end of the day, a table slowly set for sharing, or a moment of calm held within an otherwise busy routine.

Rather than viewing these things as products alone, we see them as part of how a space feels, how a day unfolds, and how people care for themselves and for one another.

Across both JDV STORE and JDV MARKET, our intention remains the same: to create spaces, objects and experiences that invite a quieter, more thoughtful way of living.
