We deliver and ship within Australia and also ship to New Zealand.
We collaborate with Sendle for shipping. For any order with preference of Australia Post, please advise to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number. And please note that the shipping fee might be different.
We offer complimentary local delivery in Melbourne region (Melbourne CBD +30km) on all orders over $99. $10 local delivery fee applies to any order less than $99 from Melbourne region. Expected local delivery time is within 7 business days. Delays may happen in special occasion and will be communicated ahead.
We offer complimentary domestic shipping to others cities than Melbourne region or cities in other states (Melbourne CBD +30km) on all orders over $99. $10 domestic shipping fee applies to any order less than $99 from other cities than Melbourne region. Expected dispatch time for shipping is within 5 business days. Delays may happen upon availability of Sendle team. Estimated arrival time of shipping is unavailable, depending on the destination area and Sendle team traffic. Please allow enough time until reception of shippings.
Please note that local delivery option is unavailable for fast checkouts with Apple Pay, Shop Pay etc. Local delivery option is possible with bank card payments.
Please note that we use couriers so do NOT send to parcel lockers and PO Boxes.
We ship all our items to New Zeanland, but only Auckland and Wellington area possible. Shipping fee will be calculated at the check-out point.
In general, the freight depends on the total weight of the package. Freight increases by kg. Freight for 1-2kg package is about AU$30 and freight for 2-3kg is about AU$40

Damages and issues
Please inspect carefully your order upon reception and contact us immediately with firstname.lastname@example.org if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send required documents to email@example.com as below:
1. Damaged or defective products
2. Shipping container with the shipping label in one picture
3. Internal package, like wrapping package or bubble wrap
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. So please read care instructions on items, we will not accept responsibly for any damage done.
Unfortunately we don't offer free exchanges so please choose carefully.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about damage or issues of your order and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
