Shipping

We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

We use CouriersPlease for shipping. If you prefer Australia Post, please email info@jdvstore.com with your order number. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Australia
We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $150. A $12 domestic shipping fee applies to orders under $150. Orders are expected to dispatch within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that courier deliveries cannot be addressed to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.

International
International shipping is available to selected countries and regions. Availability and shipping fees are shown at checkout after entering the delivery address. Freight is calculated according to the total package weight.

Returns
JDV does not accept returns, so please choose carefully.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact info@jdvstore.com immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Please include the following with your email:

1. Photos of the damaged or defective product
2. A photo of the shipping container with the shipping label visible
3. Photos of the internal packaging, including wrapping or bubble wrap

JDV cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse. Please follow any care instructions provided with the product.

Exchanges
JDV does not offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your email and the reported issue, and confirm whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
