Unjour, meaning “one day” in French, is a collection designed around the changing rhythm of daily use. The UNJOUR Bowl brings this idea into a generous, open form suited to breakfast, simple meals, and small dishes to share.
With its 740 ml capacity, the bowl works well for rice, soup, cereal, fruit, noodles, donburi-style meals, or vegetables at the centre of the table. Its rounded shape gives food enough space without feeling oversized, while the matte porcelain surface brings a soft tactility to everyday dining.
Created by Tokyo-based designer Yumiko Iihoshi, the UNJOUR series reflects her approach to tableware that sits “on the border between handmade and manufactured.” Each bowl carries subtle variations in glaze, colour, and finish, giving every piece its own individual character while remaining practical for daily use.
