Cecil-FM is a generous tote built around ateliers PENELOPE’s original French Military Cotton, a dense cotton fabric recreated from the weave of a 1920s French Army rider coat and softened with a bio-wash. The restrained construction lets the texture and structure of the fabric remain at the centre of the design.
