The MANZ Contour Tea Cup continues the collaboration between Danish ceramicist Richard Manz (realised by his daughter Cecilie Manz) and 1616 / arita japan. Its sculptural, pared-back form is rooted in Scandinavian design while celebrating the precision and strength of Arita porcelain.

With its soft curves and balanced proportions, the Tea Cup is designed for mindful drinking rituals — whether Japanese green tea or herbal infusions. Available in Blue (gloss), Brown (gloss), Natural (partly unglazed exterior, clear-glazed interior), it blends Nordic restraint with Japanese craftsmanship in an everyday object of quiet beauty.
