SHIPPING INFORMATION
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $150. A $12 domestic shipping fee applies to orders under $150. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders are expected to dispatch within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Please email info@jdvstore.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be accepted before an order has been dispatched.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a tracking email when your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?
No. Courier deliveries cannot be addressed to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to selected countries and regions. Availability is confirmed at checkout after entering the delivery address.

What is JDV's return and exchange policy?
JDV does not accept returns and does not offer exchanges, so please choose carefully.
What should I do if my order is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact info@jdvstore.com immediately and include photos of the product, the shipping container with its label visible, and the internal packaging.
When will an approved refund be processed?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
