SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping prices are dependent on the weight and size of the item and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before purchase is complete.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Express orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed with standard delivery will be shipped the next business day.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Yes. Please email   to cancel or modify your order before it ships. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office .

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking email from us when your item has been shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do ship to PO boxes for all orders.

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship domestically in Australia. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

What is JDV Store’s return policy?

JDV Store does not accept Returns for ‘change of mind’ however, we will offer an exchange if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.

If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?
After inspection of the returned product, it will take 2-5 days for the refund to be processed.

What is the cost to return or exchange an item?
If your product is faulty, or if the wrong product has been received JDV Store will issue a returns label for you to use when posting the refund. The shipping price is at the cost of the purchaser for all exchanges.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

JDV Store accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zippay and AfterPay.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?
Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away. If your payment has not been deducted straight away, sometimes this may happen with third-party payment providers like PayPal Express, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please contact customer service   to confirm the payment status. 

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
We recommend you contact the card issuer.

How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code at the checkout in the box provided. Only one promo code will work per transaction.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed in-house in our Australian office. We source and manufacturer our products across the world.
