yumiko iihoshi porcelain is a tableware brand designed and produced by an artist Yumiko Iihoshi.

Since its foundation in 2007, we have aimed to create tableware that are mass-produced yet warm based on the concept:‘on the border between handmade and manufactured products’.

To achieve this goal, we have asked craftsmen from potteries across Japan to create original colors and shapes using manual processes. Each individual piece with a different look created by craftsmen’s handwork becomes an attachment, we believe that this is a unique merit of our brand and propose own originality that cannot be found in dreary, mass-produced tableware. Stable and durable construction created by outstanding craftmanship as well as its clean design that make foods and beverages good look have gained high support from professionals and adapted in many restaurants, cafes and hotels.
